Two-way veto (curated marketplace)
Both sides approve: a brand accepts an athlete and an athlete accepts the brand, with no open mass-marketplace.
A match only forms when both sides say yes. An athlete applies to a program, the brand reviews and approves, and the athlete chooses to accept the brand in return. Either side can decline, so no athlete is forced into a program and no brand is forced to take an athlete. Partners are curated, Stripe-KYC-verified, and quality-scored before they reach this point, so the approval is a real two-way decision rather than an open sign-up.
