Eligible

A commission becomes eligible once its attribution and refund windows have closed, so the order behind it is settled and unlikely to be reversed. Eligible commissions are gathered into the brand's monthly invoice. They are not paid yet; they move to funded only after the brand's invoice clears. The athlete keeps 100% of the commission, and the 20% platform fee is billed to the brand on top.
